The German Union of Tenants fears that at least a third of the country's low-income residents due to the rapid increase in gas prices will not be able to pay the rising electricity bills.

This opinion was expressed by the head of the association Lukas Siebenkotten in an interview with Der Tagesspiegel newspaper, reports TASS.
