For the first time in Portugal, an apartment was sold for Bitcoins without converting the cryptocurrency into fiat money (euros). The transaction amounted to 3 Bitcoins ($108,204 as of May 7).

"This transaction represents a historic milestone, the conversion of a digital asset to a physical asset - a house - without any conversion to euros," said representatives of the real estate agency.
