Apple will raise retail wages by 10%, - Fortune

The decision was made due to rising inflation and labor market pressures. The wage increase could go into effect as early as July and will only affect employees in the U.S.

The tech company will increase the starting hourly pay for retail employees from $20 an hour to $22 an hour.

As a reminder, Amazon received a record number of resolutions at yesterday's shareholder meeting due to dissatisfaction with employee working conditions.
