Binance twice offered Harry Gensler as its advisor

WSJ stated that cryptocurrency exchange Binance offered SEC head Harry Gensler a position as an advisor to the company. They reached out to him twice, in 2018 and 2019.

"I noticed that while Gensler turned down the advisor, he generously shared licensing strategies," Harry Zhou wrote in a work chat, WSJ reporters reported.
