FarmWise, a U.S. agricultural automation company, announced it has raised a $45 million investment from Fall Line Capital and Middleland Capital.

The funding will be used to accelerate the firm's research and development efforts and to roll out its existing product.

Another major deal underscores how interested investors from around the world are today in agricultural automation startups.
