Russia sends oil across the Arctic Circle to China for the second time in history

According to Bloomberg, a ship with a small cargo crossed the northern coast of Russia last weekend and passed through the Bering Strait. The route is 3,300 miles long. However, it is still a fast enough route for shipments to China.
