SBPay is a service for paying for purchases through the System of Quick Payments. Banks are unwilling to introduce this service because they lose commission income from acquiring. And Alfa-bank, Otkrytie and Tinkoff prefer to pay fines instead of connecting the service.

However, the Central Bank intends to force SBPay to connect, what measures have not yet been reported.
