U.S. President Biden: The United States will respond if Russia uses chemical weapons in Ukraine

He spoke in favor of excluding Russia from the G20. And suggested that Ukraine should be allowed to participate in the G20 meetings.

He also said that the U.S. had made it clear to China what the consequences of its possible support for the Russian invasion of Ukraine would be.

Ukraine itself should decide whether it needs to make any territorial concessions in negotiations with Russia.

However, afterwards he said that he did not think that Ukraine would have to give up some territories for the sake of settling the conflict.
