According to the basic forecast of the Central Bank of Russia GDP by the end of the year will decrease by 5-6%, to the growth may pass in the next year

At the same time, the Central Bank of Russia forecasts an increase in mortgage lending of 13-18%. This may be positive for developers' shares.

The Bank of Russia notes that credit conditions in Russia remain tough, as banks have tightened their requirements for borrowers.

The Central Bank does not rule out a rate hike this year. Conditions for the increase: the growth of the budget deficit, the decline in the marginal propensity to save of the population, devaluation of the ruble amid falling export revenues.
