Banks react to the reduction of the Central Bank rate: "Alfa" offers a cash loan at 5.5%

Loans secured by real estate are even lower at 4.9%.

VTB will reduce rates on the entire line of credit products, including mortgages. The final parameters will be determined in the near future.
