Biden was asked on the street if he called for regime change in Russia

After his March 26th speech in which he said that Putin cannot stay in power, Biden was bombarded with questions about whether he had called for regime change in Russia. The answer today is no.

Earlier also, a White House spokesman said, "The president said Putin cannot be allowed to exercise power over his neighbors or the region. He did not discuss Putin's power in Russia or regime change."
