Binance to lose access to assets of Binance US exchange

The US subsidiary of cryptocurrency exchange Binance has reached a preliminary agreement with the SEC.

The agreement requires Binance US to ensure that no Binance Holdings official has access to the private keys and hardware wallets that hold customer assets.
