Cabinet of minister demanded from officials to keep working correspondence in the messenger from VK

The Ministry of Finance hopes to replace foreign messengers, including Telegram and WhatsApp, as well as video conferencing and e-mail programs.

The Ministry of Digital added that the platform is already being implemented in the authorities, and by the end of 2023, a federal state system will be created on its basis, and all civil servants will be connected to it.
