Coal supply in Poland lags far behind demand

About 3.8 million homes in Poland are heated with coal and people are trying to stockpile. And the country's fuel reserves are at a minimum and people are queuing to buy enough coal for winter.

The embargo on coal supplies from Russia has caused serious damage to Poland, as it relies mostly on imported fuel. Many people are predicted to face energy shortages as winter approaches.
