Dubai recorded the maximum volume of transactions in the real estate market since 2009

In April 2021 in Dubai, there were almost 7 thousand deals for 18.2 billion dirhams, or $4.9 billion - the maximum since 2009.

Most transactions are made by Russians who, because of the current crisis between Russia and Ukraine, are trying to buy apartments in the desert in exchange for residency permits.
