Germany and Austria will put coal-fired CHP plants back into operation, Forbes

Previously, they were closed because of the environmental agenda, but with the reduction of Russian supplies, the environment has become a secondary concern.   The corresponding bill is going through the German parliament and could come into force as of July 8.
