The Ministry of Economic Development proposed to reduce financing of the projects from 205 million rubles to 24 million rubles until 2024. The main reason is the withdrawal of foreign partners. However, experts are not in a hurry to grieve, they believe that hackathons were of no use, as they did not solve any specific problems.
