Lukoil oil company has nowhere to dispose of fuel oil, which could lead to the closure of four refineries
The head of the company reports to the government that sanctions have led to "a sharp decrease in the shipment of fuel oil in refining and, as a consequence, the formation of an excess of fuel in storage. The storages are already almost completely full.
It is impossible to reduce the output of fuel oil without an overall reduction in the refinery load, thus reducing the production of other petroleum products.
