Mishustin instructed to agree on draft laws governing the issue and circulation of digital currency in Russia by December 19

The Prime Minister also instructed the Ministry of Finance with the participation of the Bank of Russia to submit proposals for the development of the market of digital financial assets in Russia by December 1.

Mishustin instructed the Ministry of Finance, the MED and the Central Bank to work out new instruments for hedging changes in prices for commodity and financial assets.
