Putin has established a special procedure for transactions with stakes in Russian LLCs for persons from nonnfriendly countries

Now non-residents from unfriendly countries must obtain a permit from the rights commission to carry out transactions. This decree should be explained in more detail by the RF Ministry of Finance.

Also, the President of Russia has allowed subsidiaries of companies which are not strategic companies not to disclose information on their work to their unfriendly shareholders.

And now it is allowed for banks, which have fallen under sanctions, to fulfill foreign currency obligations to Russian companies in rubles.
