Replacing gas with coal at EU plants caused disapproval of "green" investors - Reuters

Due to problems with the supply of Russian gas, many industries in the EU are forced to switch to coal: it is quite productive, and at the same time - affordable. Its main drawback is the amount of harmful emissions, which is not to the liking of "eco-friendly" investors.

The big European investors say that they will not abandon their principles of zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
