In an exciting development from Seoul, HD Korea Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering (HD KSOE) has received Approval in Principle (AIP) from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) for their innovative design of an advanced cargo handling system for very large ethane carriers (VLECs).
