Sam Bankman-Fried files appeal against imprisonment decision

The ex-head of crypto exchange FTX has filed an appeal against a prison judgement. He was sent  back to prison for interfering with witnesses in front of the court. However, his lawyers argue that SBF simply shared the information with the media.

Earlier, the US Department of Justice accused Bankman-Fried of handing over the personal diary of Caroline Ellison, an ex-head of hedge fund Alameda Research who was in a romantic relationship with SBF.
