Texas introduces bill to protect Bitcoin industry

The Texas Legislature has introduced a bill designed to protect the rights of miners, bitcoin owners and developers.

Citizens in the state would be able to store BTC in non-custodial wallets without state oversight, and miners would be free to engage in their activities without any restrictions imposed by earlier laws or resolutions.
