The Accounts Chamber proposed to exclude euros, pounds and yen from the NWF

The Accounts Chamber proposed that the Ministry of Finance exclude the currencies of the countries which imposed sanctions against Russia from the portfolio of assets of the National Welfare Fund.

According to the auditors' recommendation, the Ministry of Finance, with the participation of the Central Bank, should analyze the structure of assets and exclude from its composition the shares of blocked resources by July 29, 2022.
