The judge may decide to close the deal in Twitter v. Musk

Judge - Caitlin McCormick, who is handling Twitter's $44 billion lawsuit against Musk, took over as chief justice of the Court of Chancery last year, becoming the first woman in the position.

"She already has experience in not putting up with the worst behavior we see in these areas when people want out of deals," said a professor specializing in corporate governance at UC Berkeley.
