Investment company Hefestos Capital has acquired the European assets of the Pipe Metallurgical Company: two plants in Romania and their sales units in Europe and the USA.

This is stated in the press-release of TMK Artrom SA, a former subsidiary of TMK, which incorporated the Romanian plants.
