Toyota can't reach production target, company report

Toyota produced a total of 706,000 vehicles in July, down 8.6% YoY.

Vehicle production has been below the target of 800,000 for the fourth month in a row.

Reasons: semiconductor shortage, covid restrictions in China, drought, energy crisis in China.
