Yellen on Tuesday will call for closer trade ties among allies to strengthen their supply chains, fight inflation and crack down on China's "unfair trade practices" and its efforts to dominate key raw materials and technology markets, Reuters reported.

"We cannot allow countries like China to use their market position in key raw materials, technology or products to undermine our economy and use unwanted geopolitical leverage," Yellen said.
