VK, Yandex and Ozon received a preferential loan of 130 billion rubles from the government - Kommersant

The companies need this support to fulfill their obligations to the holders of Eurobonds.

It is noted that the companies have been issued convertible bonds: Yandex - for $1.25 billion, VK - for $400 million, and Ozon - for $750 million. However, after the start of the special operation of Russia in Ukraine, foreign stock exchanges (NASDAQ, LSE) suspended trading in shares and global depositary receipts of these companies.
