Polymetal is preparing for delisting from the London Stock Exchange. A shareholders' meeting will be held on 28 July

The company will call a shareholders' meeting at the end of the month to approve the delisting from the LSE. By that time everything will be ready for re-registration of Polymetal in Kazakhstan.

Subject to shareholder approval and following the delisting from the LSE, the ordinary shares will receive a primary listing on the Astana International Exchange and continue to trade on the Moscow Exchange.
