Biden arrives in South Korea for talks with President Yoon

The talks will focus mainly on the North Korean nuclear issue. On Thursday, South Korea said that the DPRK has completed preparations for a nuclear test.

Also the White House does not rule out a provocation, a nuclear or missile test by the DPRK during Biden's trip to Asia.
