The Terra plan involves the creation of a new separate network

Terra's official Twitter account has released a short thread explaining the company's plans. The company explains that the LUNA recovery plan does not involve a fork of the network.

Rather, it will be the creation of a new Terra 2.0 network, which will have no common beginning with Terra Classic. In doing so, dApps, and all assets in Terra, will be forced to migrate from the old network to the new one.
